Internship at Ireland Engineering

At the beginning of April I started work as an intern at Ireland Engineering. Ireland Engineering specializes in developing performance upgrades for vintage BMW's as well as providing parts for restoration.

Ireland Engineering's owner is Jeff Ireland. Jeff's professional background started in metallurgy. Over time he has taken this knowledge and coupled it with knowledge gained while racing vintage BMW's to found Ireland Engineering. He is on the board of VARA (vintage auto racing association) and on most weekends be found racing one of his handful of race cars.

My role as an Intern is allowing me to apply learned skills in a professional environment. So far I am doing technical drawings for upcoming products, assembling a series of technical tutorials, and act as an all around photographer.
